Stuzzichini Bistrot and the lush garden are a retreat amidst the bustling alleys of Ascona’s old town, offering authentic local cuisine.

Stuzzichini’s philosophy is to offer high quality local products and to support Ticinese producers. The bistrot is committed to developing a concept aimed at environmental sustainability, a decision that is also reflected in its identity with all products being carefully selected. The main idea is sharing; in fact, all dishes are designed to be enjoyed in company. In addition to eating and drinking well at Stuzzichini, you can always find activity such as gastronomic events, cooking classes, live music, outdoor cinema.

We are currently looking for a tenant for our charming bistro – a venue with a special atmosphere, ready for a new, successful season of high standards.

 

The ideal candidate will have previously run a restaurant independently and possess many years of solid experience in the hospitality industry, combined with passion, professionalism and an entrepreneurial spirit.

The bistro, ideally open all day (breakfast/coffee, lunch and dinner), is a real gem: elegant, inviting, with an indoor area, outdoor terrace and garden.
