In Verdasio, in the heart of the Centovalli, local and national artists whose works deal with layers of identity will be exhibited along a sculpture trail from April to October 2025. Identity that has been shaped by history, nature and community.
Personal and collective narratives will be explored, and the works will stand alongside the alpine landscape and historic architecture of the village as symbols of resilience and belonging.
By embedding the sculptures in the natural and built environment of Verdasio, the exhibition highlights how deeply identity is rooted in place and time, encouraging visitors to reflect on how their own stories intersect with art, the land and the shared cultural heritage of Verdasio, but also far beyond.
